Chagrin Valley Holiday & Permanent Lights is a holiday lighting lease and permanent lighting installer based in Lake County, Ohio. We serve the Chagrin Valley and Cleveland's east side.
The company started as Lucente Detailing, a mobile detailing service that earned more than 125 five-star Google reviews by being careful, punctual, and easy to reach. Every winter, detailing customers asked the same question: do you know anyone who does lights? Now we do.
Chagrin Valley Lights is run by Levi Foss, the owner of Lucente Detailing. Levi does every site walk and every design himself. A two-person crew he trained does the install, and the same phone number reaches him all season.
Everything is scheduled by text, and if something goes wrong, you reach a person, not a form. We carry general liability insurance for every install and we work from the ground and the gutter line wherever the roofline allows.
