Richmond Heights was a village of under a thousand people until gas and water mains came through in 1953, and it grew more than fivefold over the next decade. That boom set the pattern for most streets. Richmond Bluffs, off Richmond Road near the Cuyahoga County Airport, and the Rushmore subdivision came later and brought the two-story colonial with an attached garage. Richmond Heights is about 15 minutes from our base and shares a route with Highland Heights, so service calls usually land the next day.

How We Light Richmond Heights Homes
The older Richmond Heights homes sit low to the ground, so we light the whole front gutter from the ground and set off the entry. In Richmond Bluffs the brick-front colonials get the second-story eave, the garage gable, and the front door framed, and the brick does the rest. We design each house on its own photo, so two colonials on the same cul-de-sac don't have to match unless you want them to.

Yes. We confirm the association's décor guidelines at the site walk and set your takedown date to fit them.
My colonial has a tall front. Do you go on the roof?
No. We work from the ground and the gutter line wherever the roofline allows, and if a section can't be reached that way, we tell you at the site walk rather than on install day.
