What Christmas Light Installation Costs
One number for the whole season, a $1,000 floor, and a term ladder that steps the price down. Here's how the number is built.
From the team behind Lucente Detailing, 125+ five-star Google reviews. Insured. Same-day reply, fixed within 48–72 hours.
Installing October through December 10. Install dates go in the order deposits come in.
$1,000 season minimum. Every home is quoted individually.
Terms run 2, 3, or 5 seasons. The per-season price steps down on the longer terms, and every season's price is written into the agreement. A 50% deposit holds your date; the balance is due at install.
What the Number Includes
Design on a photo of your house, commercial C9 LED bulbs on cord cut to your roofline, clips, a timer, install in a two-hour window, in-season service with a 48–72 hour fix, takedown in January, and labeled storage in our climate-controlled unit. There is no service-call fee, no dispatch fee, and no storage fee.
The Minimum
No home is quoted under $1,000 a season. A typical east-side colonial with a front roofline, a garage gable, and a porch lands above that; a small ranch with one gutter line lands at it. Every home is measured and quoted individually, so the only number that matters is the one on your quote.
How the Term Changes the Price
Terms run 2, 3, or 5 seasons. The per-season price steps down on the 3-season term and again on the 5-season term, because measuring, designing, and cutting cord to your roofline is most of the work and it only happens once. The price for every season of your term is written on page one of the agreement, so year two is not a negotiation.
What Moves the Number
Linear feet of roofline and gutter, the number of peaks and returns, second-story height and access, garage gables, porch columns, and whether you add wreaths, shrubs, or tree accents. Color doesn't change it; warm white, cool white, red, green, blue, and multicolor are included.
How to Read Any Lighting Quote
Ask what happens when a bulb fails in December and how fast. Ask whether takedown and storage are in the number or billed later. Ask what year two costs. Ask whether there's a dispatch or service-call fee. Ask whether you can end it, and what that costs. If the answer to any of those is on the website in writing, that's the company that will keep it.

What We Put in Writing
Eight things that are in the agreement, not just on the website.
$1,000 Season Minimum
Every home is quoted individually, and no home is quoted under $1,000 a season. You know the floor before we come out.
Every Season's Price, Written In
The per-season price steps down on a 3- or 5-season term, and the number for every season of your term is on page one of the agreement. Nothing to renegotiate in year two.
A Two-Hour Install Window, Texted the Night Before
You don't need to be home. We need the front of the house and one outdoor outlet.
A Same-Day Reply to a Texted Photo
Text a photo of what you see. You hear back the same day, from Levi, not a form.
Fixed Within 48–72 Hours
Anything that's our fault is fixed at no charge for as long as the lights are up, within 48–72 hours, weather permitting.
Thirty Days' Notice Ends It. No Fee.
Before your next install date, one text ends the agreement. We text before any renewal charge.
A Photo of Your House Lit, the Night of Install
So you see it the way your street sees it, even if you're not home.
Labeled, Climate-Controlled Storage
Your set is tagged with your address and stored in our unit, not a garage. Nothing ends up in yours.
