Anything that's our fault is fixed at no charge for as long as the lights are up, within 48–72 hours, weather permitting.

Yes. Much of Munson Township has Chardon addresses, and we serve all of it on our Chardon route.
Do you work in the Bass Lake community?
Yes. Homes around Bass Lake are on our Chardon route, and the process is the same as anywhere: site walk, mockup, and a quote for the season.
