Mentor is next door to us, which means the earliest October dates and the quickest service calls on our calendar. It's also the most varied town we serve: 1960s ranches near the lake, 1990s colonials off Hopkins and Reynolds, and the newest subdivisions along Newell Creek. Mentor is about ten minutes from our base, so a photo texted in the morning is usually fixed the same afternoon or the next day.

How We Light Mentor Homes
On a Mentor ranch we run the full front gutter line and frame the entry, all from the ground. On the colonials and newer builds we run the roofline, outline the garage gable, and add the porch columns. Neighbors who book together share an install day, and Mentor streets are where that happens most.

What It Costs
$1,000 season minimum. Every home is quoted individually.
Terms run 2, 3, or 5 seasons. The per-season price steps down on the longer terms, and every season's price is written into the agreement. A 50% deposit holds your date; the balance is due at install.
Takedowns happen in January, weather permitting. If anything goes out during the season, text a photo, hear back the same day, and anything that's our fault is fixed within 48–72 hours, weather permitting, at no charge. Every home is quoted individually, and no home is quoted under $1,000 a season. You know the floor before we come out.

The per-season price steps down on a 3- or 5-season term, and the number for every season of your term is on page one of the agreement. Nothing to renegotiate in year two.
A Two-Hour Install Window, Texted the Night Before
You don't need to be home. We need the front of the house and one outdoor outlet.
A Same-Day Reply to a Texted Photo
Text a photo of what you see. You hear back the same day, from Levi, not a form.
Fixed Within 48–72 Hours
Anything that's our fault is fixed at no charge for as long as the lights are up, within 48–72 hours, weather permitting.

Do you serve Mentor-on-the-Lake and the Headlands?
Yes. All of Mentor, plus Mentor-on-the-Lake, shares a route with our base.
Does a ranch cost less than a colonial?
Often, because the run is shorter and the whole install is from the ground. Every home is still measured and quoted individually, with the $1,000 season minimum as the floor.
Can neighbors on my street book together?
Yes. Book before the earlier install date and we put you on the same day. Refer a neighbor who books and you get $50.
