Stow is the western edge of our route, next door to Hudson. It's a big, varied city: established streets of ranches and split-levels, and newer subdivisions such as Springbrook Reserve at Call and Newcomer Roads. Stow is about 50 minutes from our base, the far end of our route, so installs there are grouped by week with Hudson and confirmed by text the night before.

How We Light Stow Homes
On a Stow ranch we light the full front gutter line and the entry. On a split-level we follow each roofline at its own height and tie them together so the front reads as one line. On the newer two-story homes we carry the lights across the upper eave and outline the garage peak.

Terms run 2, 3, or 5 seasons. The per-season price steps down on the longer terms, and every season's price is written into the agreement. A 50% deposit holds your date; the balance is due at install.
Takedowns happen in January, weather permitting. If anything goes out during the season, text a photo, hear back the same day, and anything that's our fault is fixed within 48–72 hours, weather permitting, at no charge. Every home is quoted individually, and no home is quoted under $1,000 a season. You know the floor before we come out.

The per-season price steps down on a 3- or 5-season term, and the number for every season of your term is on page one of the agreement. Nothing to renegotiate in year two.
A Two-Hour Install Window, Texted the Night Before
You don't need to be home. We need the front of the house and one outdoor outlet.
A Same-Day Reply to a Texted Photo
Text a photo of what you see. You hear back the same day, from Levi, not a form.
Fixed Within 48–72 Hours
Anything that's our fault is fixed at no charge for as long as the lights are up, within 48–72 hours, weather permitting.

Before your next install date, one text ends the agreement. We text before any renewal charge.

Is Stow really inside your service area?
Yes, at the far western end. We group Stow installs by week with Hudson, so an early deposit gets the best pick of dates.
How do you light a split-level?
Each roofline gets its own run at its own height, connected so the front reads as one design. It's all done from the ground and the gutter line.
If a strand goes out in Stow, how long until it's fixed?
