What Permanent Christmas Lights Are
A slim aluminum or polycarbonate channel mounted under your roofline, in a color matched to your soffit or fascia, with individually addressable LEDs inside. In daylight you see a thin line of trim. At night you choose the color, pattern, and schedule from an app. It's a one-time install that replaces every ladder trip.
What We Publish and What We Don't
We don't publish a price by the foot, because a footage number leaves out peaks, returns, corners, controllers, and access. We do publish this: every permanent quote states the fixture brand, the manufacturer's warranty in years, and our own install coverage in years, in writing. We don't use the word lifetime. Seasonal Now, Permanent Later
If you want lights this December, the seasonal C9 lease is ready now, and every completed season is $300 toward a permanent install at the same address, up to three seasons. That's the only credit of its kind we've found in the market. How the seasonal lease works.

Every home is quoted individually, and no home is quoted under $1,000 a season. You know the floor before we come out.
Every Season's Price, Written In
The per-season price steps down on a 3- or 5-season term, and the number for every season of your term is on page one of the agreement. Nothing to renegotiate in year two.
A Two-Hour Install Window, Texted the Night Before
You don't need to be home. We need the front of the house and one outdoor outlet.
A Same-Day Reply to a Texted Photo
Text a photo of what you see. You hear back the same day, from Levi, not a form.
Fixed Within 48–72 Hours
Anything that's our fault is fixed at no charge for as long as the lights are up, within 48–72 hours, weather permitting.

Before your next install date, one text ends the agreement. We text before any renewal charge.

Which brand do you install?
We're finishing product selection now and will publish the brand, the fixture warranty in years, and our install coverage before the first spring install. Every quote states all three in writing.
How do permanent lights compare to Trimlight or Gemstone?
Both are dealer-installed track systems with app control. The differences that matter are the channel, the bulb spacing, the controller, and who answers the phone after install. Trimlight vs. Gemstone.
Do permanent lights look like Christmas lights at night?
With the right bulb spacing and a warm-white setting, yes. Ask to see one lit at night before you buy from anyone.
