Lyndhurst filled in after World War II, and its streets still show it: capes, ranches, and brick colonials on regular lots, close enough together that one lit roofline sets the tone for the block. Legacy Village and the Acacia Reservation sit on Cedar Road at the south end of town, and a few newer custom homes have gone up beside the Metroparks land. Lyndhurst is about 20 minutes from our base and shares a route with Mayfield Heights, so service calls usually land the next day.

How We Light Lyndhurst Homes
A Lyndhurst ranch gets a single warm white run along the front gutter, installed entirely from the ground, with the front door framed. On the brick colonials we add the upper eave and outline the garage gable where it faces the street. The custom homes in River Creek and Acacia Estates have larger, more broken front elevations, so we design those section by section and show you the whole layout on the mockup.

Terms run 2, 3, or 5 seasons. The per-season price steps down on the longer terms, and every season's price is written into the agreement. A 50% deposit holds your date; the balance is due at install.
Takedowns happen in January, weather permitting. If anything goes out during the season, text a photo, hear back the same day, and anything that's our fault is fixed within 48–72 hours, weather permitting, at no charge. Lyndhurst Questions
Do you serve the neighborhoods near the Acacia Reservation?
Yes. River Creek, Acacia Estates, and the streets around Legacy Village are on the same route as the rest of Lyndhurst.
My house sits close to the sidewalk. Does that change the design?
It helps. A shorter setback means the roofline is seen up close, so we keep the bulb spacing even and the cord tight to the gutter. You'll see the spacing on your mockup.
Can you light a brick colonial without drilling into the brick?
Yes. Every clip grips the gutter lip or the shingle edge, so nothing is screwed or stapled into the brick or the trim, and it all comes down in January.
