Kirtland is one of the closest towns to us, which means the earliest install dates and the fastest service calls on our calendar. Homes here sit on larger lots off Route 306 and Booth Road, often well back from the street, so the roofline has to read from a distance. Kirtland is about ten minutes from our base, so a photo texted in the morning is usually fixed the same afternoon or the next day.

How We Light Kirtland Homes
On a Kirtland home we plan for full roofline runs so the lights carry from the road, outline the garage gables, and frame the entry. Detached garages and outbuildings can be added to the same design so it reads as one layout.

Takedowns happen in January, weather permitting. If anything goes out during the season, text a photo, hear back the same day, and anything that's our fault is fixed within 48–72 hours, weather permitting, at no charge. Every home is quoted individually, and no home is quoted under $1,000 a season. You know the floor before we come out.

The per-season price steps down on a 3- or 5-season term, and the number for every season of your term is on page one of the agreement. Nothing to renegotiate in year two.
A Two-Hour Install Window, Texted the Night Before
You don't need to be home. We need the front of the house and one outdoor outlet.
A Same-Day Reply to a Texted Photo
Text a photo of what you see. You hear back the same day, from Levi, not a form.
Fixed Within 48–72 Hours
Anything that's our fault is fixed at no charge for as long as the lights are up, within 48–72 hours, weather permitting.

Usually yes. We design for what's visible from your driveway and the road, and a full roofline run carries the distance well. We'll tell you at the site walk if a section won't be seen.
Can I get an early October date?
Kirtland is first on the calendar because it's closest. Book in September and you'll have your pick.
