Orange Village is small, mostly built since the 1990s, and full of the two-story colonial with a front-facing garage gable that our designs are built around. It sits between Pepper Pike and Moreland Hills, so it shares a route with both. Orange Village is about 25 minutes from our base, so a photo texted in the morning is usually fixed the next day.

How We Light Orange Village Homes
On an Orange Village colonial we run C9s along the main roofline and gutter, frame the garage gable, and wrap the porch columns. The lot sizes here are generous but the setbacks are modest, so the roofline reads clearly from the street and most homes are done in a couple of hours.

What It Costs
$1,000 season minimum. Every home is quoted individually.
Terms run 2, 3, or 5 seasons. The per-season price steps down on the longer terms, and every season's price is written into the agreement. A 50% deposit holds your date; the balance is due at install.
Takedowns happen in January, weather permitting. If anything goes out during the season, text a photo, hear back the same day, and anything that's our fault is fixed within 48–72 hours, weather permitting, at no charge. You don't need to be home. We need the front of the house and one outdoor outlet.

Text a photo of what you see. You hear back the same day, from Levi, not a form.
Fixed Within 48–72 Hours
Anything that's our fault is fixed at no charge for as long as the lights are up, within 48–72 hours, weather permitting.

Orange Village Questions
Do you serve both the Orange and Chagrin Falls school areas?
Yes. Orange Village addresses on either side of Route 422 are inside our service area, and the process is the same everywhere.
Can you match the warm white the rest of the street uses?
Yes. Warm white is what we stock first and it's included. You'll see the exact tone on your mockup before anything goes up.
How early should I book an Orange Village date?
