Beachwood is the western edge of our route, twenty minutes from our base along Cedar and Richmond. The 1950s and 60s colonials in Fairmount Park and Shakercrest have symmetrical fronts that read beautifully in warm white, and the newer cluster homes have compact rooflines that install in an hour. Beachwood is about 20 minutes from our base and shares a route with Pepper Pike, so service calls usually land the next day.

How We Light Beachwood Homes

On a Beachwood colonial we run the roofline and gutter line across the front, outline the garage gable where there is one, and frame the entry. On cluster homes and attached garages we keep the design to the front elevation so it reads clean from the street.

Chagrin Valley Holiday & Permanent Lights installs holiday and Christmas lighting, and permanent roofline lighting, in Beachwood, Cuyahoga County, Ohio.

What It Costs

$1,000 season minimum. Every home is quoted individually.

Terms run 2, 3, or 5 seasons. The per-season price steps down on the longer terms, and every season's price is written into the agreement. A 50% deposit holds your date; the balance is due at install.

Takedowns happen in January, weather permitting. If anything goes out during the season, text a photo, hear back the same day, and anything that's our fault is fixed within 48–72 hours, weather permitting, at no charge. How the season lease works · What it costs. Neighbors who book together share an install day; refer one and get $50.

What We Put in Writing

Eight things that are in the agreement, not just on the website.

  1. $1,000 Season Minimum

Every home is quoted individually, and no home is quoted under $1,000 a season. You know the floor before we come out.

  2. Every Season's Price, Written In

The per-season price steps down on a 3- or 5-season term, and the number for every season of your term is on page one of the agreement. Nothing to renegotiate in year two.

  3. A Two-Hour Install Window, Texted the Night Before

You don't need to be home. We need the front of the house and one outdoor outlet.

  4. A Same-Day Reply to a Texted Photo

Text a photo of what you see. You hear back the same day, from Levi, not a form.

  5. Fixed Within 48–72 Hours

Anything that's our fault is fixed at no charge for as long as the lights are up, within 48–72 hours, weather permitting.

  6. Thirty Days' Notice Ends It. No Fee.

Before your next install date, one text ends the agreement. We text before any renewal charge.

  7. A Photo of Your House Lit, the Night of Install

So you see it the way your street sees it, even if you're not home.

  8. Labeled, Climate-Controlled Storage

Your set is tagged with your address and stored in our unit, not a garage. Nothing ends up in yours.

Beachwood Questions

Do you serve all of Beachwood or just the east side?

All of it. Beachwood is the western edge of our route and shares an install day with Pepper Pike.

Can you light a cluster home with a shared wall?

Yes. We keep the design to your front elevation and gutter line so it reads as yours, and we confirm the association's guidelines at the site walk.

Is holiday lighting the same as Christmas light installation?

Yes. We call it holiday lighting because many Beachwood homes keep warm white up through January. Same C9 bulbs, same service.
