What We Light

Rooflines, gutter lines, front-facing gables, and entry canopies on storefronts and offices, and the entrance signs, clubhouses, and common buildings an association maintains. We work from the ground and the gutter line wherever the building allows, with the same commercial C9 LED bulbs on custom-cut cord we use on homes. Ground lighting and shrubs are outside our scope; ask at the site walk about anything else.

How a Project Is Quoted

Every property is different, so every project is quoted on its own after a free site walk. You get a mockup on a photo of the property and a written quote that states the scope, the install and takedown timing, and how service calls work. Nothing is priced until the site walk, and there's no obligation.

For HOA Boards and Property Managers

We schedule around business hours, gate access, and your takedown date, and we send a general liability insurance certificate to the board or manager on request. One contact handles scheduling from the site walk to January. If individual homeowners in the association want their own homes lit, neighbors who book together share an install day. HOA décor rules on the east side.

Timing

Installs run October through December 10 and dates go in the order agreements come in, so a property that wants lights on by Thanksgiving should book in September or October. Takedowns run in January, weather permitting.

What We Put in Writing

Eight things that are in the agreement, not just on the website.

  1. $1,000 Season Minimum

    Every home is quoted individually, and no home is quoted under $1,000 a season. You know the floor before we come out.

  2. Every Season's Price, Written In

    The per-season price steps down on a 3- or 5-season term, and the number for every season of your term is on page one of the agreement. Nothing to renegotiate in year two.

  3. A Two-Hour Install Window, Texted the Night Before

    You don't need to be home. We need the front of the house and one outdoor outlet.

  4. A Same-Day Reply to a Texted Photo

    Text a photo of what you see. You hear back the same day, from Levi, not a form.

  5. Fixed Within 48–72 Hours

    Anything that's our fault is fixed at no charge for as long as the lights are up, within 48–72 hours, weather permitting.

  6. Thirty Days' Notice Ends It. No Fee.

    Before your next install date, one text ends the agreement. We text before any renewal charge.

  7. A Photo of Your House Lit, the Night of Install

    So you see it the way your street sees it, even if you're not home.

  8. Labeled, Climate-Controlled Storage

    Your set is tagged with your address and stored in our unit, not a garage. Nothing ends up in yours.

Questions

Is commercial lighting a lease too?

The terms are set per project and written into the agreement: who owns the lights, how long the term runs, and what service includes. You'll have all of it in writing before you decide.

Can you light an HOA entrance and the homes behind it?

Yes. The entrance is quoted to the association, and each homeowner who wants their own house lit is quoted individually.

Do you provide a certificate of insurance?

Yes. Email us the name it should list and we'll send it.

Do you work after business hours?

Tell us at the site walk. We schedule installs around your hours and access.
