Houses are set deep on multi-acre parcels, so the site walk starts where your guests first see the house, not at the mailbox. Kirtland Hills is about 15 minutes from our base and shares a route with Kirtland, so service calls usually land the next day.

How We Light Kirtland Hills Homes
Kirtland Hills homes range from historic country estates to custom houses built in the last decade. We light the main roofline and gutter on the elevation you arrive at, frame the entry, and can carry the design to a barn, garage, or guest house on the same view. At the site walk we check which outdoor outlets can reach each section.

What It Costs
$1,000 season minimum. Every home is quoted individually.
Terms run 2, 3, or 5 seasons. The per-season price steps down on the longer terms, and every season's price is written into the agreement. A 50% deposit holds your date; the balance is due at install.
Takedowns happen in January, weather permitting. If anything goes out during the season, text a photo, hear back the same day, and anything that's our fault is fixed within 48–72 hours, weather permitting, at no charge. Anything that's our fault is fixed at no charge for as long as the lights are up, within 48–72 hours, weather permitting.

Kirtland Hills Questions
Is Kirtland Hills the same as Kirtland?
No. Kirtland Hills is its own village, separate from the city of Kirtland. We serve both on the same route.
My drive winds through the woods. Can the crew get to the house?
If a car can reach your front door, so can our van. We install from the ground and the gutter line, and if the drive is iced on install day we move the date at no charge.
Can you light a barn or outbuilding along with the house?
Ask at the site walk. If it's on the same view as the house and an outdoor outlet is in reach, it can be part of one design.
