Mayfield Heights grew up along Mayfield Road in the 1950s, when Eastgate opened at SOM Center and the side streets around it filled with brick and frame ranches, capes, and colonials. It's a compact grid of modest lots, and it sits right next to Mayfield Village on our calendar. Mayfield Heights is about 15 minutes from our base and shares a route with Mayfield Village, so service calls usually land the next day.

How We Light Mayfield Heights Homes
A typical Mayfield Heights install is one story: a continuous run along the front gutter, the entry marked, and the garage outlined if it faces the street. Where a ranch has a big picture window under a low eave, we keep the run tight to the gutter so the window stays clear. Text a photo of what you see. You hear back the same day, from Levi, not a form.
Fixed Within 48–72 Hours
Anything that's our fault is fixed at no charge for as long as the lights are up, within 48–72 hours, weather permitting.

Mayfield Heights Questions
I'm in a Woodhawk condo. Can I have lights on my unit?
Usually, once the association signs off. We keep the design to your own front and gutter line and go over the association's rules at the site walk.
How long does an install take on a ranch?
Less time than a two-story, because the whole run sits at the gutter line within reach from the ground. You still get a two-hour window by text the night before, and a photo of the house lit that night.
Do you cover all of Mayfield Heights?
Yes, from the Lyndhurst line east past SOM Center Road. It shares a route with Mayfield Village, so both towns land on the same install days.
