December here is understated: warm white on the porch and roofline, greenery at the door, nothing that competes with the house. How We Light Gates Mills Homes
Gates Mills homes range from century colonials near the Village center to large estates on acreage. On the older homes we design in sections so each roofline break reads cleanly and use the porch as the anchor; on the estates we plan the run for the view from the drive. Everything clips to the gutter or shingle edge without screws or staples.

Seasonal C9s clip to the gutter lip or shingle edge without screws or staples, so nothing is attached to the structure, and everything comes down in January. We'll send a certificate of insurance to anyone who asks.
