What We Need

Access to the front of the house, one working outdoor outlet, and the driveway apron clear of cars. Dogs inside. If there's a gate, the code goes in a text to Levi. That's the whole list.

What You'll Hear From Us

The night before, a text with a two-hour arrival window and the crew's first names. If weather is moving in, that text comes with a new date instead, at no charge. When we're done, a text with a photo of the house lit and a link for the balance.

What Happens While You're Out

The crew works from the ground and the gutter line wherever the roofline allows. Every bulb is tested, the timer is set to the on-date you chose, and if you booked early and want the lights dark until Thanksgiving week, that's how we leave them. Most homes take one to three hours.

Why the Photo Matters

You see the house the way your street sees it, at night, before you pull in. If anything looks off, reply to that text and we come back. It's also the moment most customers decide to leave a review, which is why the link is in the same text.
