Quail Hollow grew up around a golf resort that opened in the early 1970s, and the streets still wind between the fairways of two courses: the original Devlin and Von Hagge layout and the Weiskopf and Morrish course that opened in 1996. Homes sit in clusters between the holes, so a lot of houses here have two faces, one to the street and one to the course.

How We Light Homes in Quail Hollow
Quail Hollow is a mix of custom homes, including the custom ranches of the Hunt Club, and one-floor villa condos like Highgrove. A ranch here usually has a long, low front gutter line and a wide garage gable, so we run warm white C9s end to end on the gutter, outline the garage gable, and frame the entry. Most of that is done from the ground. On a home that backs onto a fairway, ask us to quote the rear roofline too, since that side is the one your neighbors on the course see. For villa and condo buildings, we light the unit the association lets you decorate and nothing past it.

Quail Hollow Association Rules
Quail Hollow is really a group of neighborhoods, and the Hunt Club, the villa communities, and the condominium associations each have their own documents. Bring up your association at the site walk, and your takedown is scheduled around its date. On condo buildings, we only work on the part of the roofline you're allowed to decorate.
What It Costs
$1,000 season minimum. Every home is quoted individually.
Terms run 2, 3, or 5 seasons. The per-season price steps down on the longer terms, and every season's price is written into the agreement. A 50% deposit holds your date; the balance is due at install.
Takedowns happen in January, weather permitting. If anything goes out during the season, text a photo, hear back the same day, and anything that's our fault is fixed within 48–72 hours, weather permitting, at no charge. Anything that's our fault is fixed at no charge for as long as the lights are up, within 48–72 hours, weather permitting.

Quail Hollow Questions
Can you light the side of my house that faces the golf course?
Yes. It's quoted as its own run, so you can decide at the site walk whether the course side is worth it. For a lot of fairway homes it is.
I live in a villa or condo in Quail Hollow. Can I still get lights?
Usually, yes. We light your unit's share of the roofline and entry, and we'll ask you to confirm what your association allows before the install.
Is the Hunt Club part of Quail Hollow?
Yes, the Hunt Club is one of the neighborhoods inside Quail Hollow. Same crew, same install season, and neighbors on the same street can share an install day.
