Aberdeen is the Highland Heights golf community laid out with StoneWater, the 178-acre course Michael Hurdzan and Dana Fry designed and opened in 1996. It isn't one subdivision so much as a set of them under one master association: the Estates, the Fairways, the Greens, the Legends, the Vistas, Waterford, and more, each with its own mix of single-family homes, villas, and condos.

How We Light Homes in Aberdeen
Because each Aberdeen neighborhood was built as its own section, the rooflines change from street to street. The single-family ranches on the course get a continuous C9 run along the front gutter and the garage gable, done from the ground. Two-story homes add the upper roofline and the entry. In the attached villas and the Legends condos, we light your unit and stop where your neighbor's begins, and if the whole building wants a matching look, we can quote each unit so they line up.

Aberdeen Association Rules
Aberdeen has a master homeowners association plus the individual associations for its neighborhoods and condo buildings. We don't guess at your rules: tell us which Aberdeen neighborhood you're in, and we'll set your takedown to match your association's date. Clip-on bulbs attach to the gutter or shingle edge with no screws or staples.
What It Costs
$1,000 season minimum. Every home is quoted individually.
Terms run 2, 3, or 5 seasons. The per-season price steps down on the longer terms, and every season's price is written into the agreement. A 50% deposit holds your date; the balance is due at install.
Takedowns happen in January, weather permitting. If anything goes out during the season, text a photo, hear back the same day, and anything that's our fault is fixed within 48–72 hours, weather permitting, at no charge. Every home is quoted individually, and no home is quoted under $1,000 a season. You know the floor before we come out.

The per-season price steps down on a 3- or 5-season term, and the number for every season of your term is on page one of the agreement. Nothing to renegotiate in year two.
A Two-Hour Install Window, Texted the Night Before
You don't need to be home. We need the front of the house and one outdoor outlet.
A Same-Day Reply to a Texted Photo
Text a photo of what you see. You hear back the same day, from Levi, not a form.
Fixed Within 48–72 Hours
Anything that's our fault is fixed at no charge for as long as the lights are up, within 48–72 hours, weather permitting.

Yes. Each unit is quoted on its own, but we can design the building as one run so the colors and spacing line up, and install everyone the same day.

If you want it. The course side is quoted separately, so you can decide at the site walk.
