How We Light Homes in Montebello
New homes mean new gutters and crisp fascia, which is the easiest start for a clip-on install. On the contemporary colonials we run the full front roofline, the garage gable, and the entry. The Mulberry-style ranches get one continuous gutter run done from the ground. If you're in your first December in the house, the site walk is also where we look at where your outdoor outlets ended up, since new builds don't always put one near the front.

Montebello Association Rules
Montebello has a homeowners association, managed by Lake Management, that maintains the common areas. If the association sets a takedown date, let us know and we'll match it. Clips go on without screws or staples, so nothing is fastened to the new siding or trim.
What It Costs
$1,000 season minimum. Every home is quoted individually.
Terms run 2, 3, or 5 seasons. The per-season price steps down on the longer terms, and every season's price is written into the agreement. A 50% deposit holds your date; the balance is due at install.
Takedowns happen in January, weather permitting. If anything goes out during the season, text a photo, hear back the same day, and anything that's our fault is fixed within 48–72 hours, weather permitting, at no charge. Anything that's our fault is fixed at no charge for as long as the lights are up, within 48–72 hours, weather permitting.

Montebello Questions
We just moved into a new build. Is it too soon for lights?
No. New gutters and trim are ideal for clip-on lights, and nothing is screwed or stapled into the new siding or trim.
Our house doesn't have an outlet near the front. Is that a problem?
Usually not. We look at your outlets at the site walk and plan the power run around them.
Can neighbors on Cobblestone share an install day?
Yes. Book together and we'll put you on the same day. Each home is still quoted on its own.
