Signature of Solon is Solon's gated golf community: about 600 acres around a Craig Schreiner course that opened in 2002, with an 85,000-square-foot clubhouse at the center and a few hundred home lots laid out along the fairways. Homes here are custom builds with deep, many-gabled fronts, and plenty of them face the course as much as the street.

How We Light Homes in Signature of Solon
A Signature home usually has more roof peaks than a standard Solon colonial, so we plan the design around the tallest front gable and let the lower eaves step down from it. The gutter line, the garage gables, and the entry get warm white C9s; stone and brick elevations stay dark so the outline carries. When the back of the house faces a fairway, we quote the course side as its own elevation. Because the community is gated, we set the install day with you in advance and ask you to leave the crew's names with the gate so the work stays inside one visit.

Signature of Solon Association Rules
Signature of Solon homes sit under the Signature of Solon Master Association. We didn't find published holiday décor rules, so we ask to see your association's guidelines at the site walk and schedule the January takedown to fit them. Clip-on bulbs go up without screws or staples.
What It Costs
$1,000 season minimum. Every home is quoted individually.
Terms run 2, 3, or 5 seasons. The per-season price steps down on the longer terms, and every season's price is written into the agreement. A 50% deposit holds your date; the balance is due at install.
Takedowns happen in January, weather permitting. If anything goes out during the season, text a photo, hear back the same day, and anything that's our fault is fixed within 48–72 hours, weather permitting, at no charge. Signature of Solon Questions
How do you get past the gate for the install?
We give you the install date and crew names ahead of time. You add us to the gate list, and the crew comes in once for the install and once in January for takedown.
My house backs up to the course. Can you light the back too?
Yes. We quote the fairway side separately from the street side, so you can decide whether it's worth it for the view from the course and your patio.
Our home has a lot of stone and several gables. Will the lights look busy?
Not if the design leads with the main peak. We outline the strongest lines and leave the smaller breaks alone, and you see the exact layout on the mockup first.
