Aurora Shores is the lake community Philip H. English started building in late 1971, and it now takes in close to 900 homes on both sides of the Aurora and Reminderville line. The Aurora Shores Homeowners Association owns the lake itself, along with the docks, two beaches, two pools, the marina meeting center, and the Tradewinds Club House.

How We Light Homes in Aurora Shores
Aurora Shores has been building since the early 1970s, so rooflines change from one street to the next. On the street side we run the gutter line and garage gable; on a lakefront home the back elevation faces open water and the neighbors across it, and a simple warm white roofline reflects on the lake. We quote each elevation separately so you choose what's worth lighting, and we tell you at the walk which runs the crew can reach from the ground and gutter line.

Aurora Shores Association Rules
The Aurora Shores Homeowners Association runs the lake and the common facilities. We didn't find published décor rules for private homes, so if your section has guidelines, show us at the site walk and we'll keep the install and January takedown inside them.
What It Costs
$1,000 season minimum. Every home is quoted individually.
Terms run 2, 3, or 5 seasons. The per-season price steps down on the longer terms, and every season's price is written into the agreement. A 50% deposit holds your date; the balance is due at install.
Takedowns happen in January, weather permitting. If anything goes out during the season, text a photo, hear back the same day, and anything that's our fault is fixed within 48–72 hours, weather permitting, at no charge. A Two-Hour Install Window, Texted the Night Before
You don't need to be home. We need the front of the house and one outdoor outlet.

Text a photo of what you see. You hear back the same day, from Levi, not a form.
Fixed Within 48–72 Hours
Anything that's our fault is fixed at no charge for as long as the lights are up, within 48–72 hours, weather permitting.

Aurora Shores Questions
Is Aurora Shores inside your service area even on the Reminderville side?
Yes. We cover the whole neighborhood, on either side of the Aurora and Reminderville line.
Can you light the lake side of my house?
Yes. We quote the lake elevation on its own line, so you can light the street side, the water side, or both.
Do you decorate docks or boathouses?
Our standard work is the house: roofline, gutter, garage gable, and entry. Ask at the site walk and we'll tell you straight whether anything else makes sense.
