Barrington is the gated community the Wolstein Group developed around a Jack Nicklaus Signature course in the middle of Aurora. The homes come from a short list of approved custom builders, and lots run from under half an acre to more than an acre, many of them on a green or a fairway.

How We Light Homes in Barrington
Barrington homes sit on lots up to an acre and more, so the design has to work at a distance. We run the full front roofline end to end, frame each garage gable (side-load garages get a run that keeps the front balanced), and anchor the entry so the eye has somewhere to land. On a golf lot the rear elevation is often the one the neighbors see most; we quote it as a separate line. Gate entry is arranged with you before the install day.

Barrington Association Rules
Barrington is a gated community with association management and an approved-builder program. We didn't find its holiday décor guidelines published anywhere, so bring them to the site walk and we'll set the install and January takedown inside them. Nothing is screwed or stapled to the house.
What It Costs
$1,000 season minimum. Every home is quoted individually.
Terms run 2, 3, or 5 seasons. The per-season price steps down on the longer terms, and every season's price is written into the agreement. A 50% deposit holds your date; the balance is due at install.
Takedowns happen in January, weather permitting. If anything goes out during the season, text a photo, hear back the same day, and anything that's our fault is fixed within 48–72 hours, weather permitting, at no charge. Can you work around the gate and golf traffic?
Yes. We set the date with you, you put the crew on the gate list, and we work from the driveway and lawn, not the course.
Our lot is on a green. Is the back of the house worth lighting?
Often, yes. We price the course side as its own elevation, so you can see the difference on the mockup before deciding.
How long does a Barrington install take?
Bigger homes take longer than a typical colonial, and we tell you the time on site at the walk-through. The crew works from the ground and the gutter line.
