Lake Lucerne opened in 1922 as the first housing subdivision in Bainbridge, and it is still one of the largest. The community shares more than 75 acres of private lakes, a beach and marina, and a meadow that hosts events year-round, including its Fourth of July celebration.

How We Light Homes in Lake Lucerne
A century of building means Lake Lucerne has no single house type, and older homes sit near new custom builds. On older homes we design in sections so each roof break reads on its own, and keep spacing tight on a smaller front. Newer homes get the full roofline, garage gable, and entry. Homes on the water can add the lake side, which faces the rest of the community across the water.

Lake Lucerne Association Rules
Lake Lucerne has a community association for the lakes and recreation grounds. We didn't find a published décor rule, so we ask at the site walk and schedule the install and January takedown around anything your association requires.
What It Costs
$1,000 season minimum. Every home is quoted individually.
Terms run 2, 3, or 5 seasons. The per-season price steps down on the longer terms, and every season's price is written into the agreement. A 50% deposit holds your date; the balance is due at install.
Takedowns happen in January, weather permitting. If anything goes out during the season, text a photo, hear back the same day, and anything that's our fault is fixed within 48–72 hours, weather permitting, at no charge. You don't need to be home. We need the front of the house and one outdoor outlet.

Text a photo of what you see. You hear back the same day, from Levi, not a form.
Fixed Within 48–72 Hours
Anything that's our fault is fixed at no charge for as long as the lights are up, within 48–72 hours, weather permitting.

Lake Lucerne Questions
My Lake Lucerne house is older and has been added onto. Can you still light it?
Yes. Additions just mean more roof breaks. We light them in sections so the design looks intentional, and you see it on the mockup first.
Can you light the lake side instead of the street side?
Yes. Each elevation is quoted on its own, so you choose which side, or both.
Do you install before the community's holiday events?
Installs run October through December 10, in the order deposits come in. Book early if you want a date before the first weekend of December.
