Tanglewood opened in 1967 as one of the first residential golf developments in the country, built around a William F. Mitchell course that hosted the 1972 Cleveland Open. More than 600 homes sit around the course and Tanglewood Lake, and residents share the lake with its sandy beach, a pavilion, and tennis, pickleball, and basketball courts.

How We Light Homes in Tanglewood
Tanglewood's housing runs from townhomes and villa condos to single-family homes, so the design changes with the building. On a single-story home we run the long, low gutter line and frame the garage, which reads well from the road; on the two-stories we outline the upper roofline and the entry together. Townhomes and villa condos get a tight, even run on each unit so a whole building can match. Homes on the lake or the course get a separate quote for the back elevation.

Tanglewood Association Rules
The Tanglewood Lake Homeowners Association covers the community and leases the land under the golf course to the club. If you live in a condo or villa section, bring those guidelines too. We didn't find a published holiday décor rule, so we check your section's guidelines at the site walk and schedule the January takedown to fit.
What It Costs
$1,000 season minimum. Every home is quoted individually.
Terms run 2, 3, or 5 seasons. The per-season price steps down on the longer terms, and every season's price is written into the agreement. A 50% deposit holds your date; the balance is due at install.
Takedowns happen in January, weather permitting. If anything goes out during the season, text a photo, hear back the same day, and anything that's our fault is fixed within 48–72 hours, weather permitting, at no charge. You don't need to be home. We need the front of the house and one outdoor outlet.

Text a photo of what you see. You hear back the same day, from Levi, not a form.
Fixed Within 48–72 Hours
Anything that's our fault is fixed at no charge for as long as the lights are up, within 48–72 hours, weather permitting.

Tanglewood Questions
I live in one of the Tanglewood condo buildings. Can you light just my unit?
Yes, if your condo association allows it. We quote your unit on its own, or the whole building if the neighbors want to match.
My ranch is set back from the road. Will a roofline show?
A single-story gutter line is one of the easiest runs to see from the street. Warm white C9s along it and around the garage carry well.
Can you do the course side of my house?
Yes. The course elevation is quoted separately, so you decide after seeing both on the mockup.
